so i'm trying to OC my 939 Toledo 4200 chip... I have 2x512MB Corsair VS ram and a k8n neo4 MB

it wont let me go above 209... I set my ram divider to 100... set my HTT to 3 ... set my cpu multiplier to 6 and I can't go over 209...

I tried upping the NF4 voltage from 1.5 to 1.6 - didn't help.. I tried upping my cpu voltage from 1.400 to 1.492 - that didn't help... can't get a POST ...

it seems like the motherboard is holding me back somehow... any ideas? no matter what multipler I have... it works fine until I try to go above 209FSB...

yup.... it was my ram...i was following the instruction about dialing in ram to lower clock speeds...

well. turns out. it wouldnt let me oc unless I left it at 1:1 ... in other words. I couldn't set my ram to anything but 200mhz default.. how ever -- the other thing is, once I was able to boot with 240 FSB and memory @ 240 ... I was able to use a 166 divider and it POSTED with that... so that is kinda odd... i wouldn't let me begin with a 166 div...

my final clock before windows wouldn't boot is 2.629 and my ram is at 239mhz ... I backed it down some... windows wouldn't load at 245FSB ... not sure if its because of the memory - or what... but - it's ok.. my goal was 2.6...

Im running a cpu stress test now... we'll see how it does.... when I played CSS with FSB @ 240 - the game froze after 30 minutes of game play... we'll see if 239 makes a difference...

well.. I'm glad I was able to figure it out...
