Can't overclock my Hercules 3D Prophet II GTS Pro?!?

For some reason, if I try to overclock the memory on the card past 410MHz, the screen goes all funky colours and the computer freezes. I thought that all of these cards made memory speeds of up to 440MHz? Any reason why mine isn't working?

Don't think so. The RAM chips all have heatsinks on them. And the core (which I wasn't overclocking) has a heatsink/fan on it as well.

Nevermind. I used nVidia's overclocking tool instead of PowerStrip's and I managed to get it to 220/440.

I gave up with the latest 12.41 WHQL drivers and went back to the 6.50 to overclock w/ coolbits. Still burning it in, but it's been running 3dMark 2k1 for the last eight hours without a crash a 245/485. Who needs an ultra? I have the MSI Starforce 831, NO RAM SINKS!!

Nice o/c! Hey I can only get to 3312 on a 3dmark 2001 with my MSI 831 on a 1ghz win98. What are you hitting?
