i installed my win2k bp6/celeron system at 533MHz and it runs perfect, but if i take the thing 1MHz over spec, it locks up at the splash screen. I know for a fact this thing runs 880MHz EASY on Win98 or WinME, so i'm trying to figure out why win2k won't work on it. i'm pretty sure all the bios settigs are right...any ideas? please help...it doesn't work even with all of that stuff listed below taken out...(well whatever CAN be)

bp6/celeron 533 w/ NEO, usually @ 880
256MB PC100 RAM
Voodoo 3 3500
WD 27GB and Maxtor 60GB on HPT366
Adaptec 2930C SCSI, w/ Plextor 40X and Sony Spressa 8X CDRW
Xitel Platinum Storm Sound
Pioneer 6X DVD, Asus 40X CD
3com Etherlink III NIC
Iomega Zip IDE

win2k is more sensitive at overclocking

my 700E at 868/124 runs fine on cas2 with win98se and it is a PC100cas3 ram
but it cant even get into win2k until i choose the cas3 setting

win98se at cas2 was so stable that i loop q3 + prime whole nite

but win2k, i cannot even start it up without setting to cas3

I found Win2K to be more supportive of overclocking...Win9x and NT4 I could only push my board to 112 before BSOD's would appear, Win2k I run a full 133 Buss @ 866 (PIII650e's).
