can't open the folder on my other system after changing from Fat32 to NTFS...

Hi, I just convert my Win XP file system from Fat32 to NTFS. Now I want to open the folder on my Win XP from my Win 2k system but it says "Data is not accessible. Access is denied". When I try to open the folder, it asks for the username and password and I put the XP admin username and the password. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks
