This is another facet of the problem I am facing mentioned before in this thread. I'd cut and paste the linky, but I can't, and as the title refers to I cannot open it in another window. I cannot follow any links which open up a new window (in IE), I cannot view the property windows of several administrative utilities including event viewer and servies.
Has anyone run across this type of problem before, it's as though I cannot start new threads of a process.
