Can't open links from email

This just started happening, the only thing I can think of that I changed was I installed a printer and I installed Nero 12. I get an error message that says "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions on this computer. please contactyour system administrator" I am signed in as the admin, I tried resetting Explorer to default and I tried disabling links in the junk email options. Any Ideas?

That should get you fixed. And it's usually Edit Registry Part 2 that fixes it.
