cant open hotmail in outlook.

I am trying to read my hotmail in out look 2002 but dont think I am setting it up right. I keep getting this error message
(0*80004005)
I cant seem to find this error message at Microsoft tech support.

Can any tell me where I can go to (site?) that will help me to set up hotmail in outlook 2002.
Any advice really appreciated.
