Can't open audio/video files by left clicking on links

For a few weeks now I've been having this problem. Any audio or video file that is opened by Windows Media Player, if I left-click on its link on a web page, it just opens up a "The page cannot be displayed" error in IE. This has happened on every single site I go to and every time I'm able to open the file on my other comp, so the file IS there.

I first noticed this problem when I found a link to some car video and when I left-clicked on the link it opened up a page that said "Don't stream. Right-click and save." and nothing more. Ever since that time I've been having this problem. I think maybe that site messed up some setting in WMP or something to prevent people from being able to stream the videos on that site.

Has anyone had this problem before, or know how to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
