Can't OC with Replacement Sabertooth MB

Received my replacement Sabertooth MB with Bios 1305 will not overclock. The original board I had was stable at 4.8 ghz. I even sent the replacement back and got another one. Same thing. Wondering if anyone else is having issues. Going to try uninstalling the Ai Suite software because i read somewhere that 1305 has a different way of linking with the software. At my wits end. Wishing I had left well enough alone. Help!!

Does it run stock no problems? I doubt it's bios issue, but rather a bios setting.

Uninstalling AISuite would be a good idea and get the latest version.
