Can't multiplay with MOHAA ....Help I'm a newbie at this!

Hello all, sorry for the newbie question but this is a first attempt at this.....we all have to start somewhere....huh.


I'm trying to play MOHAA in multiplayer and I can't connect to someone elses game nor can they connect to mine.

Now the funny thing is I can connect to a game started on my other computer on my home network and vive versa.

What am I missing here? I really would like to play this game with my buddies.

install the latest 1.11 patch.

make sure you are dialed up and can do other online games.

make sure your firewall is not blocking the port that the game needs (can't remember off the top of my head).

Thanks I'll try the patch thingy but why can I connect to my other computer and not others?

Your other system is probably not patched either, thus they are using same version.

My friend booted his system without Zone Alarm and that fixed our connection problem to him. As for him connecting to me, I have a router/firewall that I do not know how to configure in order to let him in.
