can't login to newegg

i just created a new account at newegg and really wanted to buy a PSU. so i press checkout and enter my id and password. but i can't login. when i press submit it sends me back to login page. if i enter anything other than the correct poassword it gives the password error.
any help please .

Call NewEgg on their 800 number and let them figure it out. Sometimes it is a Java related issue.
