Can't log in to anything

I have a weird problem with one of my computers. For some reason i can't log in to any mail sites. Every time i put the log in information it will just keep asking me for user name and password over and over again. This happens in yahoo, hotmail, and gmail. Has anyone every had this problem?
 
A Question:
Is it in all browsers or just one?

Some thoughts:
1. Have you checked the security settings? Is it possible cookies are turned off or some other thing such as that that prohibits those mail sites from putting information into your computer?
 
Have you run a spyware scan lately? That kind of sounds like some sort of hijack... kind'a.

I'd suggest clearning out your browser cache (and cookies) and seeing if that does it. Do you happen to know if it does it for all accounts on the computer or just one?
 
im going to try clearing all those now. And yes it does happen on all accounts as of right now. It just brings you back to the log in page as if you didnt try to log in already.
 
crazy. Ummm, lets see, is your hosts file in tact? What about virus protection? What program are you running for that?
 
i cleared the cookies and internet files. I also ran a scan with adaware and came up with nothing. I can log in to forums and stuff but it seems like i cant log into email sites at all. The computer has norton antivirus and norton security. Im going to run a virus scan shortly.
