Can't log in because I changed my email address to an invalid address

I made a stupid mistake. My original email address that I used to sign up for the forums is no longer active. I changed the email address in my profile to my new email account, but I used .com instad of .net.
My user name is FrodoB.
My correct address is psulion77@verizon.net.
I mistakenly changed it to psulion77@verizon.com.
If it's possible, please forward my new password to my correct account.
