Can't intall Alchemy 1.0 in Linksys WRT54G V2.0

I can't seem to get Alchemy 1.0 firmware to install on my WRT54G. Everytime I try I get an error "Upgrade are failed."
 
try using dd-wrt (dd-wrt.com) instead, all these custom firmwares basically add a hundred features you'll probably never use.
