Can't Install Win2k on A7V133

The install gets stuck at "Setup is starting Windows 2000". I believe the next step should be for you to agree to the Microsoft Lisense Agreement, but it's not getting there. There are no error messages, it just stays on that screen. I'm running a Athlon 1.33 and no overclocking. I'm tried all kinds of BIOS settings and emptied my PCI cards. Nothing works. Any ideas?

EDIT: Revision 1.04 for the motherboard and 1006 for the BIOS
