Can't install Ubuntu.

I hangs up right after I press enter to initiate the install process at this point [4294668.486000] . Any Ideas why?
 
not really but the first time I tried ubuntu it choked because of a usb mouse or keyboard had to change bios setting.
just something to try🙂
