Ok so I was rummaging around and found my old office disk that I needed to install so I popped it in and started the install part when as its getting ready to instal right after I click it it goes " The system administrater has set policys to prevent this installation" and then goes away. I tried it with both my office disks and no luck.

EDIT: Just installed spy sweeper from disk...hmm
