This is the first time I have ever had any problems with my geforce 2 gts under winxp. I tried to install the new nvidia drivers, but upon reboot they don't take. There will be no drivers installed and the device is disabled in the device manager. I have no clue what is causing this. I read about other issues with them here, but I though nvidia had fixed that. Normally I can figure this sort of thing out on my own, but I am completely stumped here. Any ideas?
EDIT: I do not currently have any antivirus software installed, so that is not the culprit.
