I have 2 4870x2s (yes 4 gpus).

I'm updating from 11.9 to 11.11. When I run the install it does the typical blinky stuff but when it got to installing the control center itself, I got a BSOD (it was actually a page fault of some sort) in the middle of the install.

When I reboot CCC won't open for the following reason:
Could not load file or assembly 'CLI.Implementation' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest.

I tried uninstalling CCC but in the uninstall process that message comes up and only the drivers and other things are actually uninstalled.

What's the best course of action?

--->Now when I try to uninstall CCC it just says that it failed.

Try uninstalling ALL Ati/AMD drivers and reinstalling them. Use a driver cleaner to help get rid of all traces of previous drivers.
