Can't install MMC 9.0 for TV Wonder VE

After formatting my drive a couple weeks back, I tried installing MMC 9.0 for my TV Wonder VE. The installer decompresses, starts up, and then disappears after "Preparing to Install," just before the actual setup program would normally appear. ATM, I'm running a GeForce4 Ti4600.
EDIT: Never mind, threw in a PCI Radeon 7200 and it works...
