Can't install KB979306 on W7 64

My WMC is one hr forward, and google informs me to install KB979306, and so after dling the WGeniune code, I dled KB979306 but it tells me it's not for my PC.

check to see if you've got the update already or maybe a superceding update.

I checked my update history and it wasn't there, so it's odd that it won't install it....

check the logs. It'll tell you what caused the update to fail. Is this a home computer or a workstation?
