Can't install game from Windows store for one user but can for another. system requirements error

The computer has a 2500k i5 and I was running off of integrated video. When I tried to install Minecraft Story Mode game, I received a messages saying that the computer didn't meet the minimum requirements. I thought it was due to the integrated video so installed a 1 GB quadro 600 that should meet the min requirements. I still got the same message so decided to log in with a different user. I didn't get the message for the new user and was able to download and install the game. When I logged back into the first user that I tried, I still get the same message. Thanks for any help.
