cant install ethernet drivers on msi neo2

I cant seem to get the the ethernet controller drivers installed.
And also the audio. Ive downloaded the drivers from the msi site
for the nforce3 chipset. Can anyone suggest some fixes for this ?

I did. But they didnt work. Am I missing something here ? Do you have an msi neo2 ofiral ?

Nah, both my cd and dvd drives work. Im not sure whatsup. Tried using ones off the nvidia site to and nothing.

theres a realtek (sp???) and theres another one on the neo2 are you having trouble with the gigabit one or the normal 10/100 one?

Enable in BIOS.

I got one to work. I had to do a repair install using the xp disk. Its the top one so im not sure which one that is.
Arent they both 10/100/1000 though ?
