cant install ANY os?

I have tried installing 98, me and 2000 on a computer in my house, and all of them freeze when they are "initializing devices" or the equivalent...

anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? this is getting to be very frustrating.

it is a dell optiplex gx110 with p3 667mhz, 192mb ram and 30gb hd

In this case....something is most likely wrong with your Hardware. Maybe it's your memory. I'm guessing you have 1 stick on 128 and a second stick of 64. Try and remove the 64 and install 2000. Also remove and devices not needed for a standard install, IE: sound card, and nic card.
