Can't install 98, plz help

Booting off the CD, whenever the 98 install gets to the "Installshield Wizard" or whatever its called, and the bar reaches 100% it freezes. Tried 2 different CDs, tried removing everything but the graphics card. Naturally RH Linux installed and ran w/o a hitch.

Try booting with a bootdisk instead, cd booting is not recommended.
