I have a ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 motherboard, 24 gigs of RAM, and an Intel i5 3570 processor. I've downloaded all of the new drivers for the motherboard necessary for this but it still will give me a "this app won't run on your PC"error. Please help

What's the exact wording of the error message? That wording sounds like something I'd expect on Windows 10 or 8x, not 7.

Aside from that, are you getting this error message for any driver you try to install or just one?

could it be you are trying to install an app that is meant to run on a 64 bit system to an OS that is 32 bit

I have 32 bit windows 10 installed before I had my new (to me) motherboard put in. To download the drivers for my GPU i have to be running 64 bit windows And the motherboard doesnt support 64 bit windows 10 so I'm trying to download 64 bit windows 7.

Use the MS Media Creation Tool, use it to download 64-bit Windows 10, and install it to an 8GB or larger flash drive.

Then boot off of the flash drive and install Windows 10 64-bit.

Admittedly I may have misconstrued the original question but I'm still uncertain as to whether @jerbless88 is running Windows 7 or 10 right now.

I suspect he is still running Windows 10 32-bit right now and is trying to install a 64-bit driver and so is receiving that error, but what I don't understand is if I'm correct, what happened to the part where he needs to install Win7 64-bit?

PS - installing a new version of Windows will require that you back up all your stuff, wipe the system drive and install Windows on it.

I have Z77 mobo on Win 10, it definitely supports Windows 10, even if OEM does not say so. Windows 10 includes all Z77 chipset drivers.
You simply can't run any 64-bit software within 32-bit Windows. Use media creation tool.

Correct. For a modern or semi-modern platform (FM1, even, included), if the OEM doesn't supply Windows 10 drivers AT ALL, chances are that they are INCLUDED "in box" in Windows 10.

I think I understand what you are saying:

Nvidia will or has removed support for 32bit Windows. Or you downloaded the wrong driver.

Changing the OS because of that is odd.

Do you know an effective cheap way to get windows 7 on my computer if I already have windows 10 installed?

How about getting the video to work before trying to find an OS that is not easily available?

Do you have a video card or are you using onboard video? All you need is the 32bit driver and you will be fine.
