Help!!
I just reformatted my HD (again--no more dual boot). Before I did so, I exported my E-mail and contacts (.pst)--when I tried to import them back into Outlook2000 SP2, I get an error that states "you must be granted permission to access the file g:\email.pst". I get the same message except g:\contacts.pst when I try import my contacts.
I was running Win2000 SP2 (final/unfinal/final) with Office2000 Professional SP2 before and after my format. The only thing I can think of is that I performed the export while logged into Win2K as "John" <--same access level as Administrator.
After formatting, I decided to just use the Administrator name. Is this what's causing problems? All the previous times I have done this--I created a "John" log in profile and had no problems importing. Is there any way around this problem?
Thank a lot.
