Which browser are you using?

Try manually typing

windowsupdate.microsoft.com


Are you in a corporate networked environment? Your system administrator may have disabled access to that page (it's like that in ours, we don't want users to start installing hotfixes on their own).

I'm using IE for Windows Update. I'm on a personal home computer and I'm the System administrator. The page worked before for me.
