I wanna install DX8, so I was planning on turning on winME's system restore. But it won't turn on. If i uncheck "disable system restore", it'll ask to reboot. After the reboot, i'll still be disabled.
I remember dong a registry tweak to see if it'd turn off System Restore permanatly. Now, I forgot what I did

Can somebody with winME tell me what value they have in their registry here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Active Setup/Installed Components/PerUser_PChealth/IsInstalled
The value here for in my registry is "00 00 00". I think I messed witht this value.
