Can't get WinAmp3 set to default player...HELP!

Anyone know how I can set WinAmp3 to be the default player? Windows media player is popping-up when I hit a link for Internet radio...don't see a setting change anywhere; in fact, I re-installed it and had it reclaim file associations, etc, etc...to no avail.

...got it; saved the target to the desktop and set to default, but now can't get any sound
