Can't get win7 RC1 installed on my eee1000h

So I am trying to install Win7 RC1 on my eee that currenttly has win7 beta on it. For some reason I can't get the bios screen up so I can boot from my external DVD drive. I know I got it to work when I had windows xp on here but now it just immediately starts loading windows right when I turn it on (after a full shut down). Is there a button I have to press or something to bring up the BIOS boot screen so I can get into the BIOS setup?

This isn't a Windows question, so I'm punting it to SFF/Notebooks. Go long!
