Sorry, but I've searched everywhere for this and tried everything I can. I know there are lots of threads about this but I just can't seems to solve this problem.

So I crossfire my 290X which are water cooled by kraken G10+H55+Gelid VRM kit

My core temp never goes above 68C on both cards which is excellent considering I have 2 of the hottest card in my case (Enthoo Pro).

Ambient temp 28C
Top card
VRM1 110C max (usually stays at 103C most of the time but sometimes it went crazy)
VRM2 85C max
Bottom card
VRM1 95C max
VRM2 85C max

the top card is a problem, I would be happy if it stays low 90s but 110C is just insanely hot. I have tried using a fan that I have in a garage which is 14inch in diametre blowing directly at my gpu and it can only get 95C. it seems to me that the gelid VRM kit is not doing its job properly.

is their any other solution other than getting a full custom loop which would cost me over £500? (2 ek gpu +1 cpu water block, d5 res/pump tube combo, 360mm+240mm rad+compression fittings).

VRM's are capable of operating up to about 140C. These are not like silicon products that die around 120C, so you have more headroom than you may realise. They are more efficient cooler but they are in no danger at that temperature.

are you sure it is capable of 140C? I've read somewhere and they say its around 115-125C Max, I know I 'might be' safe and within the range but this is higher than a stock cooler.

Take a picture of your gelid installation and what thermal paste/pad did you use etc etc.

I use the thermo pad that comes with the kit, don't know if its any good or not.

Basically I just followed the instruction that was on the kit, It is secured by 2 screws and is tight/secure, no whobble. The fan on the G10 also running at full speed as well (connected to the molex adapter)

don't know if you can see it or not,

The Gelid thermal pad are junk. I threw them out the first thing.

Get a good one, they are pretty cheap in strips. Then screw it down even tighter.

The difference will be massive.

Which one should I get? I am in UK though.

I used a Phobya thermal pad, its dirt cheap and about 4 times more effective at heat transfer than the junk on Gelid.

Not sure what you have at local stores there. Good tapes/pad can get Thermal conductivity to ~ 4W/mK or even higher so its approaching paste territory without the mess on small VRMs.

Thats the one I used for my setup.

Can I use the adhesive thermal paste instead? like Helix PC did on youtube? can you remove it?

Fujipoly Thermal Pads are top notch.

I can vouch for them as well. I saw a 8-12c drop vs. the stock MSI thermal pads. They have a play-doh like consistency vs. the foam like material my card came with.

What is the stock thermal pad like with the Gelid kit?

It's also pretty hot in your room, how are your case fans setup?
