Can't get TV-Out to work on CL TNT2 Ultra running W2k

Hi,
as the title says, I can't get my Creative Labs 3D Blaster TNT2 Ultra to work on my computer which is running Windows 2000 SP1. I downloaded the drivers from Creative and BlasterControl (both latest version) and I can't seem to find a way to make it work.. I can't even find my way into the fancy properties.... any ideas why?
 
Is your cable plugged in to the TV?

Reason i am asking is because i had a CL tnt2 that the tv out option was not abailable unless the card was actually plugged in to the TV. Maybe try the nvidia reference drivers
 
Is it always ON by default?
I thought I had to enable it.. I didn't plug it yet (and I can't plug it right now)
