You can clearly see that AA is working. If you look at the power line tower, its smooth all the way up, as are the power lines themselves. Everything in the pic is smooth, except for the dang fence. It looks like crap. Missing part of the fence all together on the right hand side. And the rest of it just looks like crap. I have AA in the drivers set to App Preference, and set to 4x in-game. All game options are turned on the highest, and TRAA is set in the drivers. Ive tried with and without Gamma corrected AA, same thing. I am on SLI, not sure if its an SLI problem? There used to be a problem with TRAA and GTX's, but a driver several months ago fixed it, as best as I can remember.

I tried using the profile for BF2 that was already in the drivers. I tried making my own, nothing seems to get TRAA to work. I know for fact its selected in the drivers, but its not working for some reason. Im not beyond thinking its user error on my part, but I just cant find what I may be doing wrong. Ive tried a few different drivers, and even formatted (got a new mobo), but cant seem to get it working.

If anyone has any insight, it would be greatly appreciated. I may be doing something wrong, but I just cant find it. I dont understand why its just not working. :(

Transparent AA is on, look at the grass. It would be a pixelated mess otherwise. The fence actually still is being antialiased, but the effect is just very undesirable. Try setting plain old FSAA (SSAA) (via nHancer/RivaTuner) on the whole scene and see if it helps. 8xS, gamma correct on, and transparent AA off, and see what happens? AA just doesn't work very well for some things, and unfortunately that fence would be one thing.

On another interesting note, if you use multisampling transparent AA the grass will turn to a dithered pattern to help performance over supersampling.

What level is this? I want to see how my card (7800GT)/driver (84.12) combo does on this. I'll let you know if mine does the same thing. I'm almost certain it will.
