can't get to my bios at startup

i'm becoming really frustrated with my mohterboard at the moment. i have a shuttle pc case, with the fb61 motherboard. when i go to access my bios, at startup, i never see an option to access them. i don't have any idea as to what is causing the problem. is there any other way to access them, or force access to them on startup. any help would be appreciated. (i am not using the rig that is in my sig, it is another one altogether)

Try just hitting the delete key constantly on start up, perhaps that will work. Delete is the most used way to enter BIOS i believe, and F2. Try tapping on those repeatedly during startup until its obvious it did or didnt go into bios.
