Can't get the screws off my laptop....

So I just received my new HP laptop and I wanted to upgrade the memory to 1gig but i can't get the damn screws out...anyone have any ideas? do i need a special screwdriver or something??

I used a mini screwdriver for mine.

you need a small phillips head. Some times it helps if you can sort of pry up on the door while you unscrew the screw.

yeah, i'm trying with my mini phillips but the damn thing is on so tight im affraid of stripping it
