Can't Get T-Bird 750 Over 850 please help!!!!!!!!!

I've unlocked the chip with the pencil trick and the multiplier works but I just don't seem to be able to go over 850mhz, I've tried upping the core voltage to 1.85 and still I can't get stability @ 900, it freezes when I get in to windows.

Has anyone got any bios settings I can try?
Would upping the I/O voltage a notch help?
Do the memory settings need to change?
Could it be anything to do with the amount of lead on the bridges?
Have I got a Lemon? (probably!)
I don't know! Please help me, I'm sure 900 is not too much to ask of a 750!!!!
