Can't get sound out of all four speakers

I just bought a new set of logitech z560, there are four speakers and one sub. I've connected the front and rear cables and double checked the cable connections. I have also changed the speaker settings in soundblaster live's audiohq but for some reason it still wont use all four speakers. I've made sure that none of the digital stuff is on. Please help!!

OS? If it is winxp, I recall there was an issue with the Live Card and 4 speaker output.

I had a problem with my Live and 4 speaker output as well. I turned off CMSS and it works alot better.
CMSS seems to try to emulate a 5.1 setup and it basically turns down the rear channels so that you either have to increase their levels or turn the volume way up.
