Can't get SETI to log into account - Fixed.....I'm an idiot

I just installed XP on Grendel today. I've been trying all day to connect to my account to get some wu's. I keep getting an error that says "Can't connect to server". Is this just more of the same bandwidth problem or is something else going on? I tried copying my .sah file from one of my other pc's but that didn't make any difference. I seem to have no problem sending and receiving wu's from my other 2 pc's, I just can't get started with this one!

Edit: I'm using cli (of course) and SETI Driver.

Fixed: I foolishly forgot to add seti to my firewall access list. 😱

Still can't get thru. It comes up to the point where you enter "1" for a new account or "2" to log into an existing account. I enter "2", put in my e-mail address, and get the message "Can't log into server".

A little trick I use when I get the can't connect to server message when installing the CLI on a new system is to copy a single WU folder from a computer that already is running the CLI

I always have a cache of 10 to 15 WUs on each computer so I pull one WU over to the new setup via the network or sneaker transfer. After I get that one WU crackin' I can usually get the new system to start pulling new WUs from my Q!

It's always worked for me!
