Can't get rid of this pop up!

I'm running Windows XP and IE 6.0. I was trying out a free ISP from address.com. I didn't like it so uninstalled it, but now I keep getting their Pop Up almost everytime I type in a new URL. I've uninstalled the software. Their is still a Address.com folder on my C: drive but when I try to delete it it won't let me. Any suggestions?
