I have searched throughout this forum (and googled) and tried contacting Futuremark but there is no answer to this question.

opteron 175
2gb pc4000 ocz plat
asus a8n32-sli
latest version of pcmark

i can run all the tests and they all run fine. (11/11, 8/8, 5/5 have run, etc).

what's the deal?

note: i have wmp10 and wm 9 decoder installed.

well I don't know a solution to the problem, but I have the same problem myself. I had it with my raid-0 raptors with a P4 system I had, and the same problem on my X2 system after going raid-0.

I had the same problem too. I think it might be a software issue. It was giving me a "Must run PCMark05 to get results" error or something like that. I didn't understand it either. Then one day I just ran it again and somehow it worked for no apparent reason.

Honestly though, all I can really say is who cares about PCMark anyway? As you more than likely know: It's just a synthetic benchmark..and not the only one either. It doesn't really say much about how one system compairs to another, rather, should only be used for performance increases when overclocking or changing other settings. Which if that's what you are doing, as I said, there are plenty of other programs that will work just as well.
