Can't get PC to POST after upgrade

I just installed a Soltek SL-K8AN2E-GR and a Athlon 64 3200+ and a new stick of RAM. After I connected everything I turned the power on. The only thing it does is the fans start spinning and the Floppy drive light comes on and the caps scroll and num lock lights on the keyboard come on. It stays like this and does nothing. Anyone know what could be wrong?

Nevermind. Stupid me forgot the 12v power connector. I made a mental note NOT to do that when I started but I kinda forgot.
