Hey, I have a problem getting two of my computers to get online and I'm hoping you guys can help me out here.
I have four computers all connected to the same network, three desktops connected through ethernet cabling and one laptop that uses wireless 802.11b.
I have a Actiontec DSL modem with wireless b/g capabilities with DHCP and wireless disabled, connected to a Netgear Wireless DSL/Cable router. Netgear router has wireless B capabilities and 4 ethernet jacks for computers (+1 more for the modem).
The laptop and one desktop can get online.
One desktop can see the network neighborhood, connected to the computers and access their files. However, it cannot get online.
One desktop doesn't even get assigned an IP. It says it's connected but it isn't recognized by the router and it doesn't recognize the network.
Help!?
Thanks
