Can't get my VO to work?

I have a Radeon 64MB VIVO and can't seem to get the VO to work right. I Plug in the cable and it still says that the TV isn't connected. So I tried the S-Video cable and still nothing. I have removed the drivers and reinstalled them still nothing. I am running the latest drivers off of ATI's web site and W2K with SP2. Anybody else had this same problem?
