Can't get my Video drivers installed - Please Help

I can't get my Asus Geforce 4 4200 drivers install on my computer. Everytime i install the video drivers (both the one that came with the cd or the latest one from the website) doesn't work. Doesn't matter if it's Win XP Pro/Home or Win2k. After installing the drivers, it hangs starting up Windows.

My sys specs are as follows:
AMD Athlon 1.2Ghz
Asus A7V-133 Via chipset Motherboard
768 MB SDRAM PC133 (all kingston brand)
Asus v9280 GeForce 4 4200
SoundBlaster
Sigma Design Realmagic Hollywood Plus decoder card
3Com network card - 905B
All the drivers installed are the latest one.

Hmmm, you are uninstalling the old drivers first correct? Do driver update and let windows find the driver you downloaded.
