Can't get my new MSI Neo4 Platinum to post

Hi everyone,

I just bought a Neo4 Platinum and I can't seem to get it to post. It beeps once and then that's it--no splash screen, no nothing. I have a new Radeon X700 pro to go with it plus a new power supply. I'm using my old memory from my Asus A8V board though. The processor, a 3200+, is new as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

the board should have come with a diagnostic PCI insert with some attached USB ports, look at the LED pattern and then take a look at the manual and it should let you know where it is hanging.

Is your cpu fan plugged into the right header? You really should connect the d-bracket and see what it tells you.

Thanks, I'll try this. I'm really more familiar with the Asus boards which actually tell you what's wrong. I'll get back to you all when I've done this.

Need more info. Please list your system specs, including make, wattage, and amperage of your power supply.
