Do you get video when you boot?
Can you get into BIOS and if so are the drives recognized properly?
Any beep codes other than a single beep when booting? If so, what is the code?

BIOS has UEFI support for boot drives of greater than 2 TB. If your boot drive is under 2 TB you might be able to disable UEFI support to get your drive to boot. I'm not up to speed on all aspects of UEFI so that may not work.

BIOS and chipset also support several RAID levels; did you enable one of those when you first built the system and then disabled it and caused an issue?

I don't think the DualBIOS feature is causing the issue nor is it something that the user switches between; it looks to be a "failsafe" feature that allows BIOS updates to occur without impacting the current BIOS settings.
