can't get keyboard and mouse working at the same time, i-touch?! Help

Hi, recent purchased the Logitech i-Touch Keyboard and Mouse combo.

The manual said to plug the reciever into the PS/2 mouse port and it should be working(both)

I've tried it the PS2 port of keyboard and mouse.
I can only get the keyboard working(keyboard port) or non of them working at all(mouse port)

When i look at the pictures in the manual, there are 2 'plugs' from the reciever, but i only have one. and the back of the reciever has only the 'Cordless Keyboard'(no mouse wording).

so my question is, did the dealer forget to ship me something or my configuration goes wrong?

Sounds like an IRQ conflict.

Have a look into it. You might have to manually assign the 2 devices to com1/2...

someone please check it for me.
the back of the reciever, does it say Cordless Keyboard or Cordless Desktop?

My friend told me that they shipped me the wrong reciever.
