Can't get into BIOS

I've been able to get into the BIOS before without any problems, but all of the sudden it's not working. I press the delete key at POST. The computer beeps twice at me. Then the screen goes dead and there's no activity on the HDD. Does anyone here have any ideas as to what might be going wrong? I can't think of anything that I've changed since I last was able to access the BIOS.

Thanks for the reply.

I figured out what I was doing wrong. I have my computer plugged into my TV through the S-Vid output. It turns out that my computer considers the S-Vid to be the primary monitor when it's plugged in which is why my actual monitor was going blank. To get into my BIOS, I just turned on my TV and used that as my monitor until Windows booted up.
