Can't get into BIOS!

Well before I go into my problem, I'm going to start this post on a lighter note, I fixed my temperature problems! Everyone's going to hate me, but the problem was that the AS5 didn't spread (even though I followed the instructions) so I decided to go everyone elses way, and spread it out evenly, and it worked! I'm idling at ~33-35C :]

Anyways to my problem, I've been trying to get into BIOS, it worked last night, but I tried going back in again after that, and it hasnt worked. It shows the startup screen, saying "Press TAB to enter POST, press DEL to enter BIOS", so obviously I hit del, but it just sits at a blinking screen, and it doesn't enter BIOS. I'm running BIOS V1.B btw....

I had problems at any speed on that bios. I went back to 1.9 and all is fine now. You have to try about 100 times, set it back to stock, and re-load the 1.9 bios then. Then re-OC.

I had a similar problem last night on my rig. Turned out I had accidentally undervolted the CPU instead of overvolting it 🙂. On another occasion Windows didn't shut down properly, and then next time I tried to get into BIOS setup it asked for a password. The joys of overclocking.

Popping the battery to clear CMOS fixed both issues.
